This document outlines the various reports that a Director of Security must create and manage, including daily reports on payroll and security incidents, weekly reports on employee training and physical security status, and monthly reports on executive summaries to include: risk assessments, security policies and procedures, incident reports and responses, and future security planning. The document also includes guidelines for client updates and termination reports. Great care has been taken to prepare this document, and even with the effort made, there could be additional reports you need to satisfy. Payroll reports are required to be completed daily. The payroll report consists of reviewing the CAD+ system and entering the hours worked into the payroll summary report. This document is the reference for the payroll backup. Monday through Friday the daily payroll report is called into the payroll meeting. All Directors and Assistant Directors are required to attend this meeting and provide relevant information.
